Founder & Lead Builder

David moved to Oklahoma City at just 2 years old and has been a lifelong lover of the Urban Core. A proud Nichols Hills resident for 18 years, he has been building in OKC's Urban Core since 2007 — with hands-on involvement in each and every project.

Married to his Realtor wife Julia for nearly 18 years, David is the proud father of two daughters, Esther (14) and Scarlett (12). He truly sees the benefits of living and thriving in OKC, and that passion shows in every home he builds.
